If for some reason you cannot drive at an event, come anyway and enjoy the sociability. Often someone has room and will gladly give you a ride. Friends, guests, sociable driving people and horseback riders are welcome at all events. Non members, wishing to drive or ride with us more than once, are asked to join the Association.

EVERYONE, rider, driver, passenger, visitor or volunteer helper at an event MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM available from the event organizer!

Those wishing attendance credit for The Year End participation Award MUST LEGIBLY AND COMPLETELY FILL IN A RELEASE FORM FOR EACH EVENT ATTENDED! It is not necessary to bring a rig, ride or drive at an event in order to get credit for participation. All events count including meetings for which attendance sheets will be kept.
