You agree not to:

  • Reference or market any service or product offering which is in competition with EquineSite.com, such as web site design, graphic design, website hosting, or website maintenance, equestrian articles, equestrian classifieds, chat, forums, or other services and or products currently offered by EquineSite.com. If unsure, you must inquire with us first.
  • Infringe on any other's legally copyrighted material, be they images, text or photos
  • Place any inappropriate text or photos in your emails, such as: non-horse related information, obscene language or swearing, indecent or pornographic photos, or slanderous remarks about any other person or business
  • Attempt to secure a free email if you participate in the slaughter or horses for human consumption or other uses. If you do, you are not welcome here and your account will be deleted automatically and legal action will be taken against you for not complying with our Terms and Conditions. For this we make no exception!
  • Attempt to secure more than one free email account for yourself. Only ONE per person and/or business is permitted. Any violation of this will revoke your right to having any free email with EquineSite at all - permanently.
